Josh, a young man who had 4 strokes
Hi, my name is Joshua Kickett. I’m a stroke survivor, like some of you guys. My strokes first happened in 2019. I was in Fiona Stanley Hospital for roughly five and a half months. My recovery has been slow, but having four strokes will do that to you!
I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for all the help I received during that time period. Still to this day I’m recovering, I can’t work or play sports yet, and that’s something I really miss.
My family and friends have been very supportive and helpful. I’m currently learning how to run again and I’m going for my license.
