We provide support with exploring your SDA eligibility, and work with you to navigate the process. Our Development Team work closely with our Tenancy Team to design, develop and allocate homes which align perfectly with your requirements. Our specialist teams also manage modifications when requested by Participants.

This facility provides supported accommodation and rehabilitation in the community for people aged between 18-64 years who have an Acquired Brain Injury. The rehabilitation program helps clients adapt to life with an Abi and encourages them to maximise potential by building skills needed at home and in the community. Houses on site for complex needs and people with low support needs. You live with people in the houses with similar skills.
